I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant des Roches next to Vennes neighborhood in Lausanne. The food was lacking taste and any character. That being said, staff was really nice and they had a quiet terrace.

Really enjoyed their pasta! Very homely kind of restaurant, value for money as their pasta portions were big. Their pastas were cooked just right! There was 1 pasta that came with a pork chop, it was tender and well cooked! My family enjoyed dinner there! Thank you very much!

The meat and fries were excellent. A warm welcome. We were served very quickly. It's just a shame there wasn't a bit more because I'm still a little hungry, but otherwise everything was perfect.
