Capriccio is a charming Italian restaurant located right on the lake in Biel. Despite being quite busy during our visit, the service was exceptionally polite and attentive. The staff managed every situation with professionalism and genuine kindness, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The ambiance was delightful, and the lakeside location made the experience even more special. With stunning views of the water, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, a drink, some ice cream, dessert, or a coffee. Considering the prime location, the prices were very reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed my delicious pizza paired with a refreshing beer. The multilingual staff was another highlight—they spoke several languages, which made communication effortless for a diverse range of guests. Capriccio is truly one of the best places to relax and dine in Biel and the surrounding area. If you have the opportunity, be sure to visit—especially on a sunny summer day. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss.
The Eye
Very nice terrace directly by the lake, relaxing and inspiring. Good food at reasonable prices, friendly service. Great choice for warm summer evenings in a not too busy part of town.
