A culinary gem in the heart of Graubünden! The small restaurant Cauma may not be big, but it's magnificent. The gypsy skewers? Guys, I'm not exaggerating – they were the best of my life! Tender as a love letter, spicy as a Netflix drama, and juicy as a summer in Graubünden. 😍🔥 The service was warm, the atmosphere relaxed, and the view? - simply postcard-worthy. Small and cozy restaurant in an idyllic village above Ilanz . Very nice and friendly landlady with great service. Outdoor seating area in Ticino style. There is also a log cabin, which is also available for events. Enough parking spaces available. Very popular in summer for the fine gypsy skewers. But also has other fine offers.
