I ate here on a recommendation from some locals. I was not disappointed. It was a Saturday evening and they were so crowded. I was able to sit in the garden under some large trees. The hostess and waitress were so helpful answering my questions. I decided on local fish served over homemade ravioli stuffed with vegetables. It was superb. The location is serene and well worth a trip out of Luzern. The portions were ample and arrived timely. The service was impeccable and most important of all the dishes were divine.

Always delicious and lovingly prepared. The mixed salad was a surprise with seaweed, the ravioli with fried sage and onions. For dessert, it's always worth asking about the cakes or baked goods. Thank you for still doing your best, even without the actual heart of a kitchen .

A very cozy, historic restaurant. A wonderful atmosphere and welcoming hosts. Delicious food with matching wine, all at a fair price. The garden, with its mature trees, is also a wonderful place in the summer.
