Good selection and fresh food. Place: Is in the Crissier mall. There is plenty of seating available and the buffet is considerably big. Service: it is a buffet so you will also interact with the grill staff and the cashier's. The grill is very attentive and they cook your food at the desired point. Food: selection is big from starters, salads, quiches, grill with meats and fish, sides. In general everything looks very fresh and daily made. I would recommend the fromage quiche, it is delicious. Good place to eat in the Crissier Mall.

EDIT: Some time ago I gave a bad review to this restaurant, but I must say things have improved 'a lot'. It seems there is more staff now, they work more efficiently, and the buffet was well filled. Good job. Old review: Lately the service level has deteriorated. The buffet with warm vegetables is not replenished very often. So one has to wait while one's food is cooling down.

Far, far, far too much salt in everything . We eat at Coop Restaurant Vich normally and it is 100 times better food. Please re-train your chefs on what is a healthy amount of salt ASAP! Also, the lady working on the till did not know that children's drinks are free.
