Generally, I'm not a big fan of crepes, whether savory or sweet. Today, I thought: head to Bassecourt, to Crêperie Le Cristal. While browsing the menu, I had a hard time choosing from the multitude of crepes on offer. I figured I wasn't going to spend the entire afternoon there either, so I finally opted for a crepe called "Jade," made with sliced chicken with curry sauce, several pieces of roasted pineapple, and a small side of rice, all served on an excellent buckwheat flour crepe. Even though I'm not a fan of crepes, I can tell you that it's absolutely delicious! So, I couldn't resist taking a picture before eating it. Crêperie Le Cristal is definitely worth the detour. Homemade crêpes and galettes that remind me of my childhood. A delight to the palate with so much variety. The welcome is warm, and you can enjoy a drink on the terrace or comfortably inside. The owner offers monthly galettes of the moment with flavors as exotic as they are original. A great moment of sharing and meeting people, located in a place where parking is easy. Even the most physically disadvantaged can easily access it. Thank you to this crêperie, which is an asset to our village of Bassecourt.
