As we have often done at Eintracht Essen, we were reserved for 8 p.m. in the beautiful winter garden. It's game time, a cool wheat beer to start with and a nice red wine to go with your meal. We had the venison slices, simply a delight for the palate and the eye. We were able to chat with the manager of the house over a beer. A very pleasant and open-minded personality. The hospitality and food were a delight as always! Thanks,
