Delicious Italian food and very attentive service. We were treated to a very tasty amusement bouche. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to our hotel in Thun.

We celebrated our confirmation dinner at Ristorante Evo – and it was simply fantastic. The menu, which we had ordered in advance, was perfectly coordinated. For starters, we had a delicate spinach salad with creamy burrata – light and aromatic. The pasta with tomato and almond sauce was a complete success: homemade, perfectly seasoned, and wonderfully al dente. The caponata with asparagus added a lovely springtime touch to the main course. For dessert, we served crispy puff pastry with fresh strawberries and delicate cream – simply divine! Despite the large group, the service was very attentive, professional, and warm. Many thanks to the entire team for this harmonious, delicious experience!
