Best chicken wings in Emmental!!

We stumbled upon this place by chance on a bike ride. A very good country inn with a lovely garden terrace under chestnut trees, good food, and friendly staff. I highly recommend it. Thank you!

On March 24, 2023, I was looking forward to a juicy rump steak: also called roast beef or striploin, which is cut from the back of the cow. This classic steak is actually characterized by very juicy meat. I was even asked how I wanted it cooked. The anticipation didn't last long; disappointment followed when the plate was brought... two thin slices of meat were lying on the plate! When I complained, I was told that this is the chef's interpretation, just the way it is. So, better choose something else here; the cordon bleu, boiled beef salad, or schnitzel/fries are great and tasty, and a decent portion too. With rump steak, you look for the meat, and the out-of-season meat was also watered down...
