We went to this restaurant without really knowing what to expect and it was a complete positive surprise ! I've had the best "fitness plate" of my life, the level of cooking and preparation was impressive, so tasty !! Also for a dessert I ordered a single ice-cream ball, and the level of preparation was way above expectation. Can only recommend to stop there for lunch/dinner or afternoon coffee break ;)

We stopped by the Hirschen on a Sunday afternoon after a ski tour and were served very well. The winter menu offers traditional Swiss dishes that have been adapted to modern times and taste very special. We had entrecôte with kohlrabi and fennel with dried pears. That was an absolute dream. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The service was also very prompt and friendly. Thank you.
