The Silk Route restaurant is located in the Charpentiers Shopping Center. We had a plate of noodles with chicken ravioli and a "Perfume of Asia" menu of duck in hoisin sauce with Cantonese rice. With drinks. Everything was good. The hoisin sauce was a little too spicy for my taste.

It has nothing to do with the quality of the dishes, but it’s stingy to fill the sauce 1/5 full. I bought 2 summer rolls and the 2 sauces were like that. Unfortunately I only saw it at home, but too bad it's not the end of the world Following the unthoughtful and rather aggressive response from the establishment, I am adjusting my rating from 4 to 2 and saying goodbye to you forever.
