A superb culinary discovery! It's been twice in two weeks that I've come to eat at the Le Brûlot restaurant in Cossonay, and it's a real treat each time! The cuisine is hearty and tasty, with high quality products. Special mention for the tender and perfectly cooked meats, the delicious perch fillets, and especially the dishes based on morels, a real delight for lovers! The atmosphere is warm, the service is professional and attentive, and we feel that this establishment has had its regulars for a long time, which is always a good sign. A gourmet and authentic address, to be recommended without hesitation. I will return there again with great pleasure!

Good meats and fries, but the sauce brûléot was too salty that evening. A nice little salad as a starter. Friendly service, a little slow to receive the menu at first. Free parking. Easy access.

The morel sauce is to die for, it is tasty and generous. The Brûlot sauce is killer too! As for the meat, it is tender and just cooked as requested. The waiters are all very friendly and efficient. We had a great evening. Thank you very much.
