As locals, we expected to have as much Tsalan cheese on our potatoes as Reblochon on a tartiflette, as the description made us dream! What a sacrilege and a shame to have had to ask for three extra thin slices of cheese to cover the unfortunate bare potatoes in an attempt to resemble the Tsanliflette we'd hoped for 😉 In short, if you're really even slightly of a gourmet, eat at home! All this chef needs to do is take a class with the inventors of tartiflette to learn the subtle balance between cream, bacon, potatoes, and onions 😜 A word to the wise
