Absolutely stunning views with equally good food is what awaits you here :) There are numerous short hiking paths near by which provides a nice getaway into the nature. The rooms have amazing views of the mountains and the Lugano river. The staffs are super friendly and sweet :) and yes, they have 2 cute dogs which needs cuddle 🐶

We spend 4 night at Locanda del Giglio in august 2023 and very much enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 4 and had a family room The staff was super friendly and the view from our room just amazing! The restaurant serves good Italian but also very good Indian food. The breakfast contained lots of fruit , yoghurt, tasty bread etc. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We brought our roadbikes and did some short cycle trips which is amazing in the area. . Thanks for the warm welcome! Even the kids said the would like to return tot the Locanda!

Fabulous - pleasant, multilingual service, meal served quickly with fresh, local produce. The mixed salad as a starter was generous and the gazpacho succulent. The tender rabbit meat served with a multitude of well-cooked vegetables and the lake fish also accompanied by a generous garnish. Very good seasonings, not at all greasy or heavy even with starter, main course and dessert. I recommend with your eyes closed.
