We had 2 tartars, one with beef and one with salmon. The Rossini was good, the salmon tartar was quite simple. They were very good, but we didn't like the service, the butter was served with the the original industrial package, the bread was industrial as well, and of low quality, also the little salad used as decoration wasn't much impressive. They only serve bottles of wine, that is not an ideal solution for those like me that like to drink only one glass. They have a few Cardinal beers, and common drinks without alcohol. So, even if the meat and the fish are of very high quality, we were quite deceived by the rest.
