Masala Indian Cuisine - Murten, Bernstrasse 12, 3280 Murten

The place is well situated, has extremely good interiors and terrace option too. The food is good, quite a few options and very friendly staff. Indeed they were very warm to take all our request and make us comfortable. We did forget to ask to make the food with flavour blast and spice level as really done in India. We will be making that request next time and I will update my review with final rating following that experience. So far so good and really counting on next time experience to mark it 5 star.

Love the staff here. Very friendly. I ordered the Lamb Vindaloo - Wasn’t as spicy as I expected. My waiter asked if I wanted more spice so he brought me some fermented green chili and yogurt-turmeric sauce. That added the right amount of kick and another explosion of taste. I said how much I liked it so he then brought out a little yellow Dahl and some red chili fermented with lemon and mango - also very delicious. Overall great experience.

Overall, eating at this restaurant was a pleasure from beginning to end. The wonderful cuisine, amazing service, and attractive atmosphere created a memorable experience. Excellent price/quality ratio. A special thank you to Mr. "Lovecash", our waiter, for making our lunch experience very unforgettable, very committed and motivated, his attention and kind approach complemented the meal and made us feel like valued guests, his expertise and kindness brought a personal touch, his excellent service made all the difference, the right person at the right place, we departed very happy - till soon, Ben & Karla
