Pretty good bowls! All healthy & very large portions!

I’ve got to admit, this has got to be one of the best poke bowls I’ve had in a while! Located conveniently near Lausanne Gare, however it would be easier on foot or public transport as parking isn’t that convenient. There was only 1 service staff in sight but she was friendly and she was prompt! We both ordered Le Nordique for takeaway and while waiting for our bowls, we could enjoy a complimentary cup of either passionfruit or strawberry drink. Our order was promptly prepared and ready within 15 minutes. When we finally sat down for dinner, it was practically a poke feast! It was such a generous portion, half an avocado, diced raw salmon pieces, cucumber, radish, wakame seaweed, dill, freshly fried crunchy shallots, black sesame on top of fluffy jasmine rice. Opted for the teriyaki sauce and had it drizzled over the jasmine rice, mixed in with everything and we’ve got an burst of deliciously complementary flavours!

The portions are very generous! Products are fresh and tasty! They also suggest a discount for students, so you get the same bowl and a drink cheaper :) Definitely recommend! ✨
