This restaurant is fantastic, I have been many times. They serve the best cordon blue in Basel Land and Basel Stadt!! The chef is a true master of the original Swiss food, the whole menu is very authentic. The restaurant is full of locals and the atmosphere is peaceful. I feel very lucky to live in Binningen and go to the Baselbieter for dinner :) thank you very much!! Danke!!!

A perfect local swiss authentic reasturant. My wife n I was staying in apt next door went here for dinner it was sooooo good . Nothing fancy just fresh home cooked food we had the gordon blue and the beef entrocote both were delicious and prepared by the owner and chef . Highly recommend this place ...make sure you have a beer to start 😉
