I haven't been to Bismarck for a very long time and this is actually a very, very bad thing! It was a very nice, fine evening from start to finish. The varied salads, the delicious, homemade bread and high-quality meat are rare. Further plus points are the excellent service and the unbeatable price/performance ratio. I would also be willing to pay more for this great quality. You just have to be aware that it's a home-style, well-attended restaurant where it can take a while. But the result is worth it.

The Bismarck Restaurant is located in the Bucheggberg municipality of Küttigkofen, directly on the border between the cantons of Solothurn and Bern . The restaurant has been known for its meat dishes for decades. Those with a preference for meat dishes will certainly find what they're looking for. I really like the concept of allowing guests to choose their meat and choose from a variety of side dishes and sauces. The quality of the meat was excellent, tender, and cooked to perfection. The sauces and side dishes were also delicious.

After a spontaneous reservation the day before, we spent a pleasant evening in the garden restaurant, a perfect evening in every respect. Top-notch service with very friendly staff. Excellent food, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
