Immerse yourself in time and delight your taste buds; this establishment is an ode to the 1910s. From the moment you step inside, the attention to detail is evident: elegant and impeccably dressed staff, carefully selected period furniture, and a perfectly recreated atmosphere. Even the electrical installation, of rare singularity, testifies to the aesthetic demands of the place. There is no room here for unwelcome modernity: not a single PET bottle breaks the illusion. Every corner invites contemplation, although I regret not having immortalized the upper-floor rooms or the most spacious dining rooms. Both a historical immersion and an exceptional gastronomic experience, this restaurant is a treasure that I recommend without reservation.
