what a pleasant surprise! I booked hotel Bellevue not knowing it had such a good restaurant in it as well! it was full on a Wednesday night. great ambiance, pleasant staff, and the food was really really good. I always love to try the seasonal specialties. starting with the pumpkin soup with a great taste and good layer of cream on top. then I had pieces of baked dear-meat, very tender, well seasoned in a great wild sauce. with spatzli red cabbage and a peer with berry compote. followed by my favorite, apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce and ice-cream. all fresh!! highly recommended
