Restaurant Hofgut, Bernstrasse 35, 3400 Burgdorf

I ordered a "kebab plate" and unfortunately received a dish with old, dry, and tough meat. It was cold when it was served and barely edible. I decided to at least eat the fries and salad to avoid wasting anything. After the meal, I spoke to the manager about it. Instead of being understanding, he became aggressive and claimed the meat was fresh. I'd only had the food for 12 minutes. It seemed more like leftover meat from lunch—or even older. I just wanted to point out that this isn't acceptable. For 20 CHF, I expect fresh food, not old leftovers, and no excuses. Very disappointing.

Supposedly ordered from Happy Pockets via eat.ch, but received it from Hofgut!? The food didn't even resemble the pictures on eat.ch. The chili cheese wrap looked like a doner kebab, was cold, undercooked, and totally inedible, not to mention that not everything was delivered. May lightning strike you while you're shitting... never again.

Just ordered French fries with Cordonbleu Maison. Fries anything but crispy. Cordonbleu no taste, very bland. And burned. Smells like frozen food in the mouth. 31.- I paid. Value as delivered: max 12.- Never again I'm sorry..but very bad.
