For example, the lamps are dusty and full of cobwebs. The ventilation grilles in the ceiling are half closed with dirt. The buffet with the overloaded counter full of a mess of grappa, wine, salt shakers, decorations, etc. reflects the chaos of this business. You should only go to the toilet if necessary. The smell is like a train station toilet 20 years ago. It's been about that long since the last time the smell of my clothes arrived home after a visit to a restaurant reminded me of it like that.
