Google would have to introduce a 6th star for Schäfli with Gaby and Roger. The salmon variation as a starter and the venison slices with the fantastic side dishes were once again simply divine . It's hard to say which salmon is the best, my favorite by a small margin is the warm smoked one. Everything about the game plate is just right: Starting with the tender meat, accompanied by a balanced game sauce, fine rose cabbage, great red cabbage with the perfect sweet and sour balance and fantastic caramelized chestnuts and - last but not least - absolutely world-class spaetzli , simply fantastic. The service is also super friendly and very attentive and the price/performance ratio is right. Gladly again and again!
