I'm renewing my previous 5-star review. We went to Restaurant Mühle last night. We had made a reservation in advance. One person could only eat gluten-free. They specially prepared a menu for her. I think that's fantastic. 👍👍👍 Everyone was absolutely thrilled with the food. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and competent, and they even provided information about the gluten-free options.

The terrace was full, so we were invited inside . The service was very professional, and they were dressed in traditional costume. 👍🏼 Crispy lamb with remoulade was perfectly prepared, pink inside and tender as butter. The remoulade was homemade with egg, the salad was fresh, everything was great. All in all, it reminds me of my childhood in Switzerland; it gives me vibes from back then, really great. Restoclub points from CC are also accepted, what more could you want? We'd love to come back. 😋
