Dear Team We ordered a large bottle of mineral water from you. Unfortunately, we discovered that the bottle was already open, even though it appeared to be refilled right up to the cap. This raises the legitimate question of whether it is truly an original product or whether it has been refilled. Especially at a price that is significantly higher than the retail price of, for example, Evian at Denner , we expect transparency and authenticity. It's a shame that we feel deceived in this case.
