Came here because I read that this place had the best Cordon Bleu in Bern. It was decent but the portions were massive. I could’ve split my plate alone with another person easily. The chicken schnitzel my wife ordered was very dry but the flavor was good. We felt like it needed some additional sauce or gravy . The biggest downside is that I asked for my bill over 35 minutes ago and am still waiting just to pay after asking the waitress twice. I am not sure if it’s just the Swiss culture, but it seems like getting the bill anywhere takes a very long time.

Excellent food, very nice ambiance and helpful staff! We had the Cordon Bleu Pork with Rosti with Salad and the Vegetarian Cordon Bleu with fries for take away. It was nicely packed in aluminium lined pizza boxes and stayed hot till we reached out hotel. The portions are HUGE and the dishes were very tasty.

This is the best place I have eaten at in Switzerland. The Cordon Bleu and the Schnitzel are of exceptional quality. I won’t get too much into the price point here since there are sufficient reviews in this regard, it is simply unbeatable in Switzerland. I highly recommend this restaurant without reservations. Come hungry .
