Omg. The ribs here are to die for! Fantastic food, friendly service, and a true grotto experience! Put this on your list as a must visit if you are down in Lugano for a visit! Sooooo good!

The food is excellent, but every time we come, there is one female waiter who is VERY VERY rude. First, time we thought she was not in the mood, but the same happens every single time, so we don’t have any desire to come back just because of that waiter.

The food here was simple but delicious. We had two ribs, one lamb chops and the chips and the polenta. It was all very flavorful and would recommend as a lovely sharing family style lunch.
