Recommended. Closed on Mondays. An understated, unpretentious restaurant beside the station - close enough to hear the announcements, but not the station café itself. Apparently family owned and staffed. Simple well priced menu, heavy on polenta and local game. Well cooked and with immaculate service, I don't mean silver service, just attentive, timely and unobtrusive. As so often in Ticino, if your Italian isn't perfect the default is German - English was well spoken when we all realised this was easier. A restaurant with a Swiss village feel in the middle of the town - lovely.
