Extremely Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience As a Swiss national enjoying an evening with a group of international friends , I was shocked and saddened by the treatment we received at this establishment. An older staff member approached our table not once, but three separate times in under 15 minutes—raising her voice in an unprovoked, aggressive, and highly impolite manner, pressuring us to finish our drinks. What made this behavior especially disturbing was the clear disparity in how we were treated compared to other patrons, who were allowed to enjoy their time undisturbed. The staff member’s tone and body language conveyed a level of hostility that suggested more than just impatience—it appeared to reflect deeper issues of xenophobia and discrimination. It’s deeply unfortunate to witness such unprofessional and belligerent behavior in a place meant for hospitality. There is no excuse for this kind of conduct, especially in Switzerland, where mutual respect and openness are core values. I sincerely hope the management addresses this, as no guest should ever feel unwelcome or targeted due to their background.

Arrived at 20:30, lots of waving, staff walked by us, finally someone came for the order at 21:01 to be told no food orders after 21:00. A great place, but tonight not great service. Home for a frozen pizza.
