We went to the Globus Bern Restaurant for lunch. Since the weather was sunny, we sat outside, in the roof landscape of Bern. That's why the restaurant is called Rooftop Brasserie. The menu offers classic Brasserie dishes like Tartare and Wiener Schnitzel. I had a green salad with a pomegranate vinaigrette, followed by a Stroganoff with Rösti. The salad was fresh with a mild, refreshing dressing. The Stroganoff had the typical flavor, with a sauce that contained Mushrooms, Paprika and Pickles. The service was friendly and really tried to offer a good experience.

So loved the atmosphere here so open and natural with all their plants, you would never know you were inside a department store. The staff were very friendly and brioche was very fresh and it washed down nicely with the beer.
