I was at the THAY Gambrinus restaurant in Döthingen. I found excellent cuisine, served with typical Thai friendliness. The specialties we tried were more than excellent. What really surprised me was the few people present in the restaurant considering it was a Saturday night. It's a shame, because a restaurant like this should have a lot more visitors. The price for dinner was also excellent

The food was okay overall. The appetizer consisted of deep-fried Thai wonton ravioli with pork filling and a selection of spring rolls and chicken skewers, which were average. The papaya salad was good. The main courses, including panaeng gung prawns in panaeng curry, pad thai and pad see ei , and fried rice noodles in black soy sauce with chicken, Chinese broccoli, and egg, were okay, but not particularly authentic.
