A very beautiful, quiet place to relax in nature. A shady spot in the middle of the forest when it's hot. We stop here regularly in the summer.

I don't think the waitress understood that the customer, self-service, pays for their wages. They just threw sausage and cheese salad on the plate, along with a slice of bread. The space would be nice, but for these prices and this service, I don't need that anymore.

The Waldschenke CH-Romanshorn can be reached from the main Coop Romanshorn roundabout in the direction of Amriswil. Turn right on the road after about 300m with signs. Parking available in various places. The path leads from various paths to the Waldschenke with km indication. Flat paths for walking and easy to reach with strollers, dogs and bicycles. Playground available. New toilet house.
