Really great restaurant! We ate game here and the flambéed saddle of venison was amazing!! The service was super friendly, courteous and quick, without making you feel stressed. The saddle of venison was really tender and perfectly cooked. It was served in two courses and the side dishes for the second course were not the same as the first, great variety. The atmosphere is very inviting, although the inn was fully booked to the last chair, the volume was okay and there was privacy. We're definitely not here for the last time. Really wonderful from A to Z!

If you are looking for a country inn with creative and fine food, appreciate friendly and competent service and value a cozy, rustic yet modern ambience, you shouldn't pass by here. Although we live in Baselland, we would certainly drive by again or plan a trip specifically so that we could/have to visit there. It would be more than worth the detour, if not the trip.

Mega great, very fröndlech family restaurant 🤩😃 super fine food, whether game menu, cordon bleu, children's menu 🥳 you just have to have it... Dessert is super fine and beautifully decorated with frogs, gummy bears for kids etc. 🤩
