Open for a year, Zagara offers a very small menu, which changes regularly, a guarantee of quality. The new owners have decorated the place very nicely. Unfortunately, the interior designer did not work sufficiently on the acoustics: the room resonates and the noise can be disturbing at certain times. The interior terrace in the gardens of the “Cercle d’Yverdon, 1773” is a little hidden spot in the city. The service is friendly, the dishes delicious, truly cooked . A very recommendable place!

The dishes at Zagara Restaurant are simply exquisite! A veritable explosion of flavors with seasonal, fresh, and perfectly prepared ingredients. The chef is attentive and pays attention to every detail, which is reflected in the quality of the dishes. As for the decor, it is truly original and gives the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A beautiful combination of a unique setting and quality cuisine, all for very reasonable prices. A must-visit address in Yverdon for lovers of good Italian cuisine!
