After many years we went to Adler for Chinese food again. We were there many years ago, but back then I wasn't so convinced. We ate very well today and were served very quickly and in a friendly manner. The only thing I missed was the Stäbli. I only became aware of this towards the end of the meal, so I didn't ask anymore. Daily menu price performance is good.

I ordered there for the first time today and it was awesome! The glass noodle soup was still so hot that I let it cool down a little. The udon noodle cooked perfectly! The dumplings are a dream. I will definitely eat there sometime.

Best chinese restaurant near Thun..very friendly, very welcoming and one of the best beef szechuan I have eaten. Duck and Chicken are good as well and the lunch menu is always great. If they'd lower their minimum order value for steffisburg I would order more often, this way I walk those 2 streets to get there I guess 😉
