Needs an ale on tap big time...! Looking at what else is on offer in the village says there are plenty of ale drinkers about! Even keeping a "Pin" of the good stuff would be worthwhile. So many classic ales on offer these days.

Visited this little pub where we discovered a big atmosphere. The locals were having darts night and it was wonderful to see such friendly rivalry. Lovely fairy lights around the pub . Plenty of drinks on offer at very reasonable prices . Plenty of parking around . We will be back.

A quaint little pub in the heart of Great Ayton that has lovely, friendly local people. Service was outstanding where the manager / bar person was very friendly and chatty. Would definitely make this my local if I lived closer. Do not sell food.
