Great historic pub. George and Caroline are amazing hosts. I’d recommend stopping by, even if it’s out of your way, make it down here for a pint!

Came in for the second time last week, extremely welcoming, George & Caroline are lovely people,, fab landlords, very friendly and make you feel at ease. Came in today for Sunday lunch, lovely homemade food, good portions and the price is very reasonable, it’s a little gem, definitely be our new local, can’t recommend them enough !!

This traditional, community pub, does so much to benefit the local community, specifically hosting a 'community lunch' on Thursdays, where a three course lunch can be enjoyed at a VERY reasonable price. They also put on a lot of weekend entertainment. Lovely, friendly hosts. Keep smiling. 🙂 …
