Lovely little pub. Staff were very accommodating and brought us our food promptly. We liked our dinner so much we booked Sunday lunch immediately. The Sunday special of stuffed giant Yorkshire pudding was plenty food for a hungry hiker.

From arrival to departure, our stay was absolutely outstanding. Shaikta gave us the warmest welcome, showed us to our room, explained everything clearly, and even booked us a table at the restaurant. The cottage’s history in the room …

What a lovely pub. Came yesterday for a meal with my parents. The food was lovely. It was nice to have good, honest food that had good portion size, tasty, and well cooked. The service was faultless. I've only drank here whilst walking in Hope but will definitely eat here again. Well done a d thank you.
