Called in on a Sunday lunchtime, beer garden is very large, has a nice seated area inside. Worth a visit if your in the area. They have good size car park and lodges for hire.

Great place to eat and stay! We stayed whilst doing Hadrian's Wall walk. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, super dog friendly. They catered really well for me as a vegan and sister is gluten free. Food was delicious. Room was lovely and we really appreciated the bath. Will definitely go back, thanks for a lovely stay.
