Very nice tea room, serving a large selection of sandwiches and paninis, and a good breakfast selection, plus afternoon tea. Some of the breakfast menu is only served until 12pm, but bacon or sausage baps are served until 3pm, as well as cheese on toast and pancakes, and these items are good value.
