We had 2 portions of chips to takeaway. They were fairly expensive at £4.50 a portion. Only about a third we’re edible. The rest were tiny pieces most without any potato in them! Both my husband and myself threw more away than we ate. Worst chips we have probably ever had and eat regularly in many different places

Honestly don’t know what all these poor reviews are talking about, we had a lovely sit down meal overlooking the harbour. Delicious food, beautiful cod and although the chips looked pale, they were actually perfectly crisp and fluffy. Maybe we got lucky but all of us enjoyed our meal.

Padstow is such a great city, don’t waste your money at this restaurant!!! The fish and chips are simply bad, but the burgers are an absolute disaster! Lukewarm, dry, and tasting like leftovers from yesterday. Especially the veggie burger …
