Impromptu visit while in the area. We thought we would just be getting the usual 'pub grub' but the food was delicious! Staff friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Would have preferred cheese sauce instead of gravy with cheese & onion pie.

A lovely atmosphere, great staff, super outside seating area. The food was delicious, I had liver and mash potatoes, and he had ribs. Tea was served in a pot. Well, worth a visit!
