Brilliant value. Quiet spot. Good food in The Beeches next door. If you need a good value, clean, perfectly acceptable and very comfortable place to spend the night, this is fantastic. No high end luxury but it's not aiming to be that, is it? Absolutely perfect for what it is!

Would have been 5 star but the accessibility room didn't have sufficient hand rails for the shower and was very warm. There was no air con and the window could not be opened far enough to get any cool air in, as a plus there was a good fan though. Staff were excellent and friendly
