Today it was the turn of the Red Lion in Wilsead to have us check them out. A pleasent, if not your quintessential pub but was first licensed in 1671 to Grace Freeland. Had a refreshing John Smith and a cool Fosters. Fantastic hanging baskets and a good ambiance.

Family friendly with the option of a game of pool or darts, but if you wanna watch the sport there is a TV just about in every location so it’s like going to a sports bar but with a more chilled atmosphere.

Went in for some drinks and some food after seeing the huge sign outside saying "Good food served all day every day" and asked to see the menu only to be told "don't do food", no sorry, no explanation. Won't be coming back.
