Waited 25 mins for 6 meals and 2 kids meals. No sauce, no napkins, milk poured into a cup for tea, food missing, food was returned because it was freezing. Sauce pumps dirty with flies . Bins filled.

Called in for a coffee and a chicken mayo and got served a bun burnt black and rock hard and it had no lettuce on it left it inedible nearly everytime I go into this restaurant there is some issue how hard can it be to make one of there most basic burgers?

Food is average McDonalds food so nothing to complain about there. Service is awfull. At least 75% of the time the order is wrong or they have forgot stuff. The sit in waiting time is long and the drive thru is not any better. McDonalds is supposed to be quick and convenient, which is not the case at Larne.
