We had a lovely stay for 2 days. We stayed in a duplex room with a lovely sitting area and kitchen upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. Our 4 year old loved the warm swimming pool and enjoyed feeding the ducks. The playground was ok- requires some maintenance. Service was excellent , the breakfast was pretty decent.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff who adjusted our booking to meet our needs. Beautiful, spacious hotel room with refurbished bathroom. Local Kenmore shortbread is a nice touch. Bar Manager Avante was welcoming , serving breakfast …

This is a good location and venue for getting together as a family for a birthday celebration. We were able to book apartments which were quite suitable. The only issue was the pull out beds which were ok but could have been better. The pool and access to a restaurant/bar was good.
