Ordered ribs tonight and duck spring rolls, food arrived barely warm and not edible so had to be heated, the ribs were more bone than meat. The duck spring rolls are clearly lacking the duck and just veg £6.40 for veg spring rolls! Called up and wasn’t offered a replacement just a 25% discount on next order. Won’t use ever again

Driver whent to the wrong place got it to grangemouth it whent to hallgken even though I told them grangemouth missing items from order phones up got told it would be quite a while to get the right items whtn of the phone to talk to people …

Food was 45 mins late , rude person serving on the phone. Food arrived freezing cold and covered in grease. Will not be back. That’s the last twice now it has been awful. Back to bad food from there again!
