I really liked it here, not 100% sure why. Maybe it was the atmosphere of local run, maybe it was the people who were welcoming but in an offhanded relaxed way, or perhaps the excellent breakfast. It was like a good cup of tea, sometimes you're not sure what makes this one just better but you know it when you feel it

Great Inn, excellent manager, Fiona, and staff, special mention to Jake, entertainment was brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better night on our trip. Breakfast was freshly prepared and plentiful. I'll be back.

Just enjoyed a lovely couple of nights stay. I was a bit dubious when we were led to our rooms which were outside the pub and up some steps. It felt like a motel rather than a hotel. But once in, the room was very comfortable and spotlessly …
