This is my Saturday target when I go for a walk with the dog ,up and over the hills! Friendly service! I think they need to lose the locals' stools by the bar though. Last visit I couldn't get to the bar for the5 locals.

We've been here a few times now and a couple of time in the last month. Very friendly welcome from the staff and regulars. Small, cosy and with a good deal of character. Definitely worth popping in for a pint if you're in the area
